The Boss Ice Arena and Ryan Center are looking for outgoing individuals that love entertainment, sports, and other exciting events for a number of positions here at the arena. Working at Boss Ice Arena or Ryan Center is a great way to meet friendly staff members in a positive work environment.
 
Additionally, Boss Ice Arena and Ryan Center have created specialized internship and work-study programs for undergraduates looking to obtain experience in the facility management industry. These programs are set up to give hands-on experience on different aspects of business, event planning, set up, marketing and sponsorships for concerts, trade shows, sporting events, and family shows.

Our part-time positions are as follows: 

• Ice Tech

  • As an ice tech, you are responsible for maintaining the ice and the arena. All ice techs are trained on our Zambonis and other maintenance procedures. ​

• Office Staff​

  • Office Staff are responsible for face-to-face customer interactions such as handing out skate rentals, answering questions, and skate sharpenings. ​

We do not currently have any internship positions available at Boss Ice Arena. Marketing internships are available during the Fall semester and Spring semester for class credit at the Ryan Center.
